At the 10th Anniversary Ceremony of ORANA Vietnam – February 5, 2013.
On February 5, 2013, at the luxurious space of Chill Skybar & Lounge (HCMC), Orana Vietnam solemnly held the 10th Anniversary Ceremony. The honorable event was co-organized by Orana Vietnam and the Economic and Trade Department - Embassy of Denmark on the occasion of the official visit of the Crown Prince of Denmark to Vietnam.
This prestigious event coincided with the official visit of His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince of Denmark, to Vietnam, adding a royal touch to the evening. Attendees included current partners, potential future collaborators, and representatives from various Ho Chi Minh City government agencies.
New milestone: The birth of a new brand ØSTERBERG
While celebrating a decade of success, Orana Vietnam used this special occasion to unveil a major strategic step forward: the launch of ØSTERBERG, a new brand dedicated to the food service sector. ØSTERBERG.
At the event, guests had the opportunity to directly experience the product quality through cocktails uniquely mixed with the flavors of ØSTERBERG.

Opening the ceremony, Prince Henrik of Denmark gave an emotional speech looking back on the company's history:
“I am very honored to be here, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Orana Vietnam. I remember visiting Orana Vietnam in 2003 right after the company's factory was established in Saigon.
Orana Vietnam is a successful joint venture between Orana A/S Denmark and PCM Vietnam through the financial support of the Danish Investment Fund for Developing Countries. The leadership vision of the two companies represented by Mr. Niels Østerberg (Orana A/S) and Mr. Nguyen Huu Chung (PCM) brought Orana A/S the prestigious King Frederik IX Award for outstanding export performance last year.
Strengthening Vietnam – Denmark trade relations
Also at the ceremony, Mr. John Nielsen, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Denmark to Vietnam, congratulated Orana Vietnam's achievements and emphasized the potential of the food industry in the cooperation between the two countries:
“Orana Vietnam was established with financial support from the Danish government in 2002. However, it is the successful cooperation between Orana A/S and PCM that has contributed to the growth of Orana Vietnam in ensuring the growth rate of both domestic and foreign markets. Recently, the Danish government has implemented a growth strategy for the Vietnamese market by identifying the food industry as a potential area of trade cooperation between Denmark and Vietnam. In this regard, Orana Vietnam is a typical example of the potential of the food industry.”
The 10th anniversary event not only honors past achievements but also opens a new and promising chapter with the birth of the Osterberg brand, committed to bringing international standard brewing ingredient solutions to the Vietnamese market.
