| Salt | 0.5 grams |

| Grapefruit Jelly (handmade) | 30 grams |
INSTRUCT
Stir together Osterberg Osmanthus Syrup, Osterberg Whole Grapefruit Juice, Osterberg Grapefruit Juice, salt and ice in a glass. Pour soda into the glass. Add grapefruit jelly and garnish.
INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING GRAPEFRUIT JELLY
Whole grapefruit juice: 40 ml Grapefruit juice: 15 ml Jasmine syrup: 15 ml Sugar: 50 gr Jelly powder: 10 gr Water: 1000 ml
HOW TO MAKE GRAPEFRUIT JELLY
Boil water. Mix the Jelly powder and sugar together, slowly pour into the boiling water and stir well. Turn off the heat. Add the Osterberg Yuzu Four Seasons Smoothie and Osterberg Yuzu Syrup to the mixture, stir well. Pour the mixture into the mold. Let cool.
