Peach & Salted Apricot Cocktail

OSTERBERG INGREDIENTS
Salted Apricot and Lime Cordial 20 ml
Peach Syrup 10 ml
OTHER INGREDIENTS
Rum 40 ml
Sugar syrup 5 – 10 ml
Lemongrass syrup (homemade) 20 ml
Ice Full glass
INSTRUCT

PREPARING LEMONGRASS SYRUP:

Lemongrass 6 branches
White sugar 500 grams
Water 600 ml

Boil water with ginger and pandan leaves. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Turn off heat and let cool.

 

PERFORM:

Blend all ingredients with ice and pour into a glass. Garnish.
