| Salted Apricot and Lime Cordial | 20 ml |
| Peach Syrup | 10 ml |
OTHER INGREDIENTS
| Rum | 40 ml |
| Sugar syrup | 5 – 10 ml |
| Lemongrass syrup (homemade) | 20 ml |
| Ice | Full glass |
INSTRUCT
PREPARING LEMONGRASS SYRUP:
| Lemongrass | 6 branches |
| White sugar | 500 grams |
| Water | 600 ml |
Boil water with ginger and pandan leaves. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Turn off heat and let cool.
PERFORM:
Blend all ingredients with ice and pour into a glass. Garnish.
