| Konjac balls | 30 grams |
OTHER INGREDIENTS
| Soda | Full glass |
| Lemongrass syrup (handmade – see Tips) | 30 ml |
| Lemon juice | 10 ml |
| Ice | 200 grams |
INSTRUCT
Pour Osterberg Peach Four Seasons Smoothie into a glass. Fill glass with ice.
Add lemongrass syrup and lime juice.
Fill the glass with soda.
Add tapioca pearls and garnish.

Ingredients for lemongrass syrup: 6 lemongrass stalks, crushed and chopped, 600ml hot water; 500g granulated sugar.
Making:
Boil water and lemongrass.
Add sugar to the pot and stir until completely dissolved.
Turn off the stove and let cool before use.
